smoking - arrggghhh

Well I've been 10 days off the fags. I started smoking again in September after giving up for over a year. wasn't smoking as many this time, up to 8 roll-ups. But I've managed to quit yet again and break my year on year off cycle that seems to have been happening over the past 10 years. I gave up Friday before last and was using 5 Nicorette 2mg fruit gum, after about 3 days I managed to bring it down to 1 a day and for the past 3 days I've had no gum but have about 80 left out a 105 box I bought of ebay for £8 including P+P.
